Very good point.
I'm reminded of the mass murder that went on in Darfur, Sudan, a few years ago.
World authorities who had the power to go in and stop it stood on their hands, arguing for the LONGEST TIME over whether what was going on in Darfur
technically fit the definition of genocide, or whether this was "not quite" genocide. Meanwhile the injustices were continuing.
