I disagree, but I want to know why you think this. Maybe if it was a huge fucking glass of milk.
I canceled my YMCA (fuck you, douchebags!) in June and I've probably lost 20 lbs in what's apparently fat. Overall, I'm noticeably smaller, but I am stronger now than I ever have been while going to gym and I've actually lost weight.
