there is really nothing to base any of your projections on. a major criticism i've heard here and elsewhere has been "it will allow illegals to join in." so what is it: is it going to be so lax that aliens can get in, or so tight and regulated that drug users would be denied? and even if what you say came to pass, if someone is sick, needs care and also smokes marijuana i don't think they'd have a hard time choosing to live with health instead of weed. but i still think it's baseless. stop stirring shit with your unbalanced notions plz, and try to think about it seriously
