Good on your for quiting those things, that is great news. Give it some time. With a support system that doesn't smoke it will be alot easier too. Every time I wanted to smoke while I was quitting I just took a little hitter and it seemed to do the trick. I started with smoking a joint everytime, but that got me pretty stoned after about noon.
I wish you the best with this, it's hard and still something I have to think about when I am having a bad day and smell one, 7 years later. I think I have a smoking story of faltering in my blog somewhere as well.
-13 greetings to ya' folks.
