climate change is a cycle, right. The climate change we are experiencing now, however, is being heavily influenced by our contribution of greenhouse gasses to the atmosphere and complete disregard for balance.
I don't understand why people who don't "believe" in man-made climate change think the media is in the bag, and yet when an article comes out that somehow agrees with their viewpoints, suddenly using a massive media outlet to prove a point is logical and correct. Not saying you're doing that Nun, but others have been.
that article was discussed in another thread, so I'm not going to repost all the reasons why this article is misleading (again).
In short, however:
If human actions are contributing to climate change: we should stop polluting to slow down the process.
if human actions are NOT contributing to climate change: we shoud stop polluting because pollution sucks and makes you sick and destroys the planet.
So while I find the anti-climate change movement absurd (how the hell could someone think what we are doing to the planet won't affect it? baffling. And I'll take the word of the huge majority of people who've spent their lives studying this over couch-scientists and the rare professional), I can only hope we can all agree that the methodology and solutions posed to stop "climate change" should be implemented regardless of reason, yes?
