You can use a fan from a ceiling exhaust, usually they fit 4" duct.

They won't move as much air as a decent fan designed for horticultural use and they will be noisier and may be less reliable. Having said that, if there is no other air exchange from the grow space this type of fan could be useful.
It's not too much more for a decent fan though, especially if you're planning to use a 600w light.

Make sue you get one which isn't on a timer.
