Who cares about efficiency?? Hemp WILL REPLACE OIL and take about 80% of the pollution out of the air. We have millions of acres of empty land throughout the world where we could be growing and using hemp for over 50,000 products. We would all be working and our economy would be flourishing instead of the other way around. But I am sure the Saudi Royals need money worse than you and your family do. Dubya sure thought so.
