It's high time that the strong and silent man archetype is viewed as a prison for men as well as their family's. Open up, talk about how you feel, have some emotion. It's hard to know what to do sometimes, since we generally take our modeling from our parents and tv, who give us this image.
So hats off Merc for not being afraid to be yourself.
