I smoke herb (thank God for real medicine!) and go to bed, or at least rest. I also drink juices and herbal teas (which I do every day anyway) and easy-on-the-stomach food like chicken noodle soup. Lots of sleep...

Incense is effective medicine (see this post for explanation). Worked back then, still works today.
