just like to introduce myself as i am living in the u.k i suffer from depression which i find hard at times untill i ave had a smoke and then i am more relaxed and i do find that it does help me a great lot not like some of the anti depressants some of the doctors prescribe where they make ya feel like a zombie and you just dont want to do anything and the side effects off some of the medication they give to you lately is rediculous as with smoking i dont get anything like that i just wish that they would make it legal over here in the u.k but nevermind they will never stop me from smoking the herb as its too nice to ever give up
