it was like the whole town had their porch lights turned off. instead of being able to walk house to house enjoying the night, we were forced to visit a few houses, hop in the car, drive a few blocks and find a few more houses. repeat this process through the whole night just to get a decent amount of candy and let my daughter (and myself) have a good night.
