Consciousness is like the sky it's always there, but sometimes there are more clouds obscuring it, so we have to take the clouds for what they are, and transcend them to a view of the sky again. The knowing is there, the act of looking for it is often overlooked. And I DO believe psychedelics pull back the 'cloud cover' for a while and show us the pure blue sky with a blazing sun.....

My editorial:

The control/practice of how to touch/visualize this clarity without the drugs is a responsibility to yourself and others, I personally feel. When you get the message hang up and call back later for a refresher. Living in a psychedelic stupor isn't healthy or fair to yourself or others either, in most cases. Once you see the seer, or know the knower, I don't perceive how you can't not want to share that peace with others.

In short, I think Consciousness is already something in yourself, like treasure buried that we walk over for a thousand years.
