from 17% uninsured to 4% in 10 years? That was not the plan I had in mind, if its for everyone and it passed, how about attending anyone who shows up tomorrow at a hospital and needs care? Keep a record and fix the balances throughout the 10 year, but the health care has to come now for all, not in little doses for some while others have to wait it out in pain...
