About this whole taste thing though, what the fuck. There's way more than just 4. Take something like sage, it's not sweet or salty or bitter or sour.. it's SAGEY. What about rosemary? MMM FRAGRANT DELICIOUS ROSEMARY. It's not any of the 4 it's fucking rosemary. I detect no salt no sweet no bitter no sour.

Scientifically I suppose those few are sugar based flavours but fuck it, it doesn't actually taste sweet. And MSG is a freaking salt.. so technically it's also a salt based taste.

Fucking MSG.
