Yeah man, you're gonna want to check for quality and consistency. Sometimes if you get one of those really dried-out ones they'll just stick to your teeth, so you have to be prepared to use a little extra tongue effort to keep em clean. The big wobbly green ones are the best though. Little glorious salty nuggets of gold they are.
