You don't need an isomerizer. Just use acetone and extract the cbds from plant material or hemp plants(no need to do this with good bud). Then reflux with HCL at PH 2. I bet malic acid would even work and you can get that food-grade from a brew store. This completes the B-Ring on the CBDs to form thc-6 by adding a Hydrogen atom. Evaporate to solid. Do a couple water washes. and poof.
