Wet the cigar and unravel it using a watercoloring brush and toothpicks to find the edge of the "wrapper".

after reassembling the cigar, I work the long watercoloring brush up the cigar,
and let it dry over night,
removing the brush when the tabacco and weed are dry leaving it perfectly hollow.
It takes practice and a
good cigar.
