hey dude, i strongly sympthazie ive got the same tendencies, when i get angry i take it out on the ones i love,
sometimes i noticed that counting to ten helps me alot, because by the time im at 6 or 7 ive cooled down enough to say what im gonna say in a much less aggresive tone
