we've all stumbled upon a fair share of discomforting photographs on the internet by now...
anyway, back to the question, i'm not sure what enlarges labias--i would guess childbirth and aging before all else but it could very well be heredity too.
sex itself doesn't typically destroy or distort genitals unless we're talking STDs/STVs.
