hello all of you.

I am new on that forum, and I am askying a question about the set up of my first serius hand made groving box.

I grew plants long time ago, but more or less without any notions about how to manage it.

Now I just finished to build the scheleter of my growing box, it's mado by wood and it's dimensions are 1.25mt x 1.70 mt and the highest point for the lamp is at 1.30mt from the floor plan. the lamp is a 400 HPS
It will be completly bend of B/W film paper in order to have the internal faces all white and to keep clean and more isolate the ambient.

What I am wondering now is: in my case of lack of height, will it be better to grow the plants in the traditional way or throught the system "sea of green"?
Cound somebody post me some open thread or guide aboot the sea of green?

And how many plant can I fit in my box with those two system? (I thougt to use 8 seeds in order to have at least 6 female plants).
