It's all a joke, a dog and pony show to make the public think the politicians really give a fuck about the people who are keeping them rich.
If they meant it, the call would be for widespread health insurance company reform, as it stands now they are the only ones who are looking to benefit on politicians making the health and well being of their people a commodity to be traded on the open market.
