yeah there's A LOT more to CS than that.
You're supposed to do different things with different guns. If you talk to the "pros" they say the deagle is supposed to be shot in two bursts of two rounds, then the third burst in three rounds in case the first four miss.
Also, if you line up the TOP of the bottom line of the cross hair with the deagle with peoples heads you will always get a head shot.
Oh and if you walk diagonally holding sideways and forward, then the deagle will shoot in the exact middle of the cross hairs.
Different guns do different things.
There's a lot of stuff that you can learn like that^ in cs.
