Try this ab workout, does me good. No rest in between!
-10 crunches, pushing your hands to reach your feet.
-10 side crunches, for each side.
-Lay on your back with your legs straight up in the air and reach for your feet, 10 times.
-Lay flat and with your legs completely straight and together, lift them to a 45* angle and then lower back down WITHOUT touching the ground. 10 times
-10 full body crunches
You'll be feelin the burn mon!
Oh and deadlifts, maybe even just stiff-legged deadlifts. They are key for core strength.
