Thanks for the suggestion Mikey, at least I'll have a good recommendation for someone who does want the cheese steak.
My Wife and I are both vegetarian. She actually has been for 20 yrs now. Me, only 7 almost 8.

I'd be inclined to agree there is not
sub-stitute for a cheese steak, but I'm pretty confident I'd like to eat all the roasted mushrooms, onion, peppers etc, smothered in cheese and sauce.
