that's an interesting take.

regarding someone as a nemesis or friend is a form of communication, and i believe we communicate out of compassion. therefor even the act of conveying hatred arises from compassion.

i don't truly believe there to be anything that is "bad." experiences are neutral, it is our feelings that determine the outcome. so perceiving bad in things summons up the related feeling and that energy is imprinted on the situation.

you create enemies and then allow yourself to see that you love them. that begins and ends in love if you ask me
