He's been texting me about suicide and is it worth it all. He's in the hospital right now, his heart fucked up again. He's going in for heart surgery on Tuesday and he told me he signed the DNR.
When he first went to the hospital in February he died twice... once for 6 minutes and once for 4 minutes.
I am sending all I can with my Chi energy, it will channel through you and you can then pass it to Matt. Look up how to gather Chi and how to use it. You can definitely feel the heat transferring to the skin when its like an inch away. Sorta like a trans-dermal administration if you will

This what my mom follows, pretty basic shit...Larry Wong

It seems the possibilities are endless with QiGong, it really is the cheapest form of healing and works for many people. It didn't work for me, but maybe I have to practice it more, build up more Chi before healing, or just continue seeing the MD.

Not sure about you, sir, but it just sounds good to me. My mother does it everyday. Apparently, there's endless ways to perform the routines as well. It basically involves a quick breath through the nose, and a quick exhale with the mouth wide open so you blow hot air out, not cool or warm.

.
good vibes title
@Bearsy....<~~~~good vibes are awaiting you~~~~>

omg, i just typed like a fucking dozen paragraphs about my most likely suicidal homeless high school buddy of mine anyway, pray for him, please, his name is Luke. He's had some pretty shit times these last five years, in part when I introduced him to pot, we both got high together for the first time and he fell in love. He would much rather burn some [schwag] weed at 100 a zip instead of taking subsidized generic Prozac. The thought of the system of mental health and parole/probation basically forcing someone to take a anti-depressant who has PTSD from child abuse and witnessing his mother get beat on by his dad, then mother using heroin blah blahfucking blaghh!

But yea, his arrest record started like this....He makes a clay pipe in art class, ends up using it for 2-3 weeks or so. One day, after I gave him a joint at the beginning of the school day, he smoked it in a circle before school (for some reason students were allowed to smoke there because it is alternative), and his dad smells it on his Carhartt. Without thinking, just puts it away and his dad goes through it, then his big girlfriend basically came pounding on my door wiht this clay pipe in hand, ready to fire away at how we're such bad influences on each other, bunch of bs crap. Anyway, he got arrested a few days later when someone reported him and a chick smoking out of a pop can in a medical/office park woods area. Anyway, he gets suspended and is arguing with his dad when he gets home. Thinking his dad was going to hit him, he grabbed a baseball bat for self defense (hindsight is always 20/20), you know the cop is going to come arrest whoever has a bat in their hand.

So he isn't able to go to work because his parents are pissed and that is his punishment (to possibly lose his job) because he had been suspended, even tho he had no weed or paraphernalia in his possession, just the girl had like a gram or so. So he starts walking to Papa Johns, where he used to work to call his mom and tell her what is happening. Bout five minutes later he is arrested for the first of half a dozen or so since then. The first time he was locked up in Juvenile detention, he spent at least three months, dad didn't write to him or nothing, even when Luke wrote to him.

He spend a good quarter of a year in jail and is forced to wait that long to enter a plea of "guilty," to fifth degree assault.

Fuckin flipped off his dad , yes middle finger and brandishing a bat in the vicinity of his father gets three months in jail, time served sentence.

I just feel partial to blame, for getting him involved with any drugs and cigarettes. And for not being able to find someone to work pro bono for him on his felony strangulation case which looks absolutely horrible on a background check btw.

I guess I'm not sure what I'm getting out of writing this. In the event that anyone reads this entire copy, how should I talk to him? I don't really feel comfortable about bein all like "Luke, we should talk about you thinking suicidal thoughts, like life isn't worth it anymore and you feel like giving up."
