When I was in Ventura, CA, I was at the beach and some surfer dude asked me if I had wax at one of the heavy river-mouths (it was going off) we were going to surf. I walked over to his car and he had newspaper on the passenger side car mat and completely covering the entire floor were buds. I of course inquired and bought some from him - eyeballed it and he put it in a big napkin. That was cool. 1994
