Hey Mikey,
Don't know if you are interested or not, but I like to play a guided meditation now and again when my mind is feeling busy when I'm trying to sit.
This link has a series of guided meditation by Malcolm Huxter, but there are also good listens here as well for other things.
BuddhaNet Audio: Buddhist Meditation
The one has a REALLY nice tutorial with pics.
"Meditation Class"
Also there is a talk on the art and science of meditation, so when I saw you posted 'art of' that too caught my eye for sharing
Not trying to push the Buddha down your throat, meditation is surely an individual connection, and my only wish is to help and encourage peace being had, especially by the ones like you. So I'm only speaking about what I know, however the Huxter meditations are void of religion speak. It's all about the breath.
Much love
