I've used the exact same mix as that
Gangabiss, 60/30/10. It's not a usual but a friend swears by it and so I tried it. Can't say I like it as I can't compost the root ball afterwards so easily, but that's a personal thing. Plants did great. I swear by 50 (any dark) soil, 20 perlite, 20 worm castings, 10 pertinent (veg or flower) guano fert mix. The ratio varies a little with a couple of keepers because they like extra well drained (or in one case not so well draining) soil. I've recently been experimenting with sand instead of perlite as perlite has a habit of 'floating' in any soil/soiless mix.
Most shop brand soils are fine
