I don't really care about him flipping the bird, being late to meetings, the photos of him rolling up bills, telling reporters that he doesn't think that he is ready for the steelers, or any of the other "any bad pub is good pub" pr nonsense.

The kid looks lost on the field and if he doesn't work at his craft, he will get frustrated. Being frustrated in college can work because you are playing with your boys, the kids that you are double stuffing cheerleaders on friday night with. In the NFL getting frustrated because of a lack of studying the game gets your teammates pissed off.

We saw that on monday night, the ball was just a bit off, a bit behind and his receivers weren't making the effort to make him look good. They weren't making Hoyer look good either. Could this be the result of a few fluke plays and early season jitters? Or could it be teammates sending a message to one another that it is a team game and not the Johnny show? We will see as the circus travels on, something is going to have to give, this play Hoyer 2 series and play Johnny 2 series won't work in the pre-season and in two weeks some real decisions are going to have to be made.

It has zero political or cultural value. It is reactionary in the worse sense: a gnarled wailing of a million broken losers joined in the comradery of hate and petty personal grievance.
