Push ups

Since my weight loss, I feel like I want to have better all-around body strength/endurance (the bicycle has made my legs into sinuous pillars of granite) I figured I'd start doing pushups.

I found out I can only do 7.

15 years ago, I could do 75, so it's been a downhill trip. I can already feel the pre-soreness from my septa-press. This is pretty sad. My plan is to do them every day, more or less, depending on soreness, etc. to get my strength up.

After that, I'm gonna need a pull-up bar.
