Issues

I spent the night with my kid last night and tried to get on from her computer. I guess I don't remember my password as I stay logged in from my house.

After several failed attempts, I went for the password reset option. Went to my email and waited...and waited. Tried again, also no response.

Then I tried setting up an account for my daughter with all her info. Nothing ever came to her email account either.

Is this an aftershock of the last crash?

Anyways, I'm home now, so it doesn't matter about the password anymore, but my kid can't get registered. She wants to be able to monitor my internet activity. lol. I also have checked my email again and there is still no password reset info.

Thought ya'll should be aware of this problem.

So your having trouble logging into a Windows Account?

If you don't remember the password for any user names (don't worry it's happened to me numerous times) and cannot get into the Windows Control panel where you can access your User Control Settings (this sets all your passwords and like the name says settings)...I honestly think if you can just reformat.

It's a great feeling having Windows reinstalled again and just a fresh start, slate wiped clean, you mentioned it was your daughter's computer so I hope you didn't have any irretrievable information there.

At the same point just try rebooting that might work.

good luck

I think you misunderstood Mikey.

She's talking about her yahooka account, not windows.

Thanks for the notification, everything seems fine on this end, however.

I'll keep looking into it though.
