Sea Glass at da beach

went to the beach today, and found lots of sea glass. Green White and Brown are the most common but i was pretty happy with the haul- found a few pieces of cobalt blue which is quite rare and one piece of orange/white that seems like its kinda sticky but also very worn down, im not sure what it is.

Pretty awesome hobby if you've never done it. Smoking a joint at the beach and walking around looking for rainbow colored glass in the waves is mad fun

anybody likey?

What do you do with the glass man?

My Wife and I have some really cool and interesting rocks that we've gathered from here and there. I keep them in a wooden dish and stack them up differently once in a while. I like to think of it as zen garden of sorts. Intentional/Haphazard stacking

Nice to think about you walking nice and easy down the beach..... BOI!!!!!!!*

How pretty! I'm jealous. You know you can sell that shiz online right? You can charge quite a bit for it, and it's a great markup considering all you have invested is time.

seaglass on Etsy, a global handmade and vintage marketplace.

My mom has so much sea glass it is unreal.

I walk the beach almost daily, mostly at night, but ever really look for shit. I just walk and let my mind wonder usually.

Living one minute from the beach is awesome.

OH NJ!!!! The beaches where I learned that syringes weren't just used in doctor's offices.

I keed I keed.....

Cape May was one of my families regular jaunts when we went to the beach, although I have also spent lots of time in Delaware's coast.

Living near the beach is cool. I'm cranking ya'. I'm from PA, I HAVE to
We live a block away from Lake Ontario, complete with a lapping shoreline and more than just 'at times' some fairly serious waves. It's good times and it's funny to me that this is where I ended up with 'water front' property.

very cool I would just keep them in a simple clear glass bowl, maybe on a window sill so you can have the sun shine through them!
Did you collect all of them in one trip? Do you have a polisher?

Awesomely wonderful, jfk.

I like the mosaic idea, but I would put them in a nice vase on the window sill.

lol. Im from the jersey shore so i HAVE to do THIS:

The beaches in new jersey have gotten sooo much better in the last decade or so. All the beaches around here are perfect honestly. Extremely clean and beautiful. Although some of them will be packed with douchebags 2 months of the year.. you just have to know where to go is all.

There is 15 miles of state park beach like 10 miles from me. Ocean on one side, bay on the other. One of my favorite places on this planet so far.

It's true man. When I went back as an adult they DO look better for sure and it's not like I ever found a syringe again after that time I was a kid. Like I said... mostly just crankin' ya. PA is it's own bucket of fun

As a side I used to deliver plants to greenhouses all up and down NJ, the north was a lot more hilly than I expected, after having run around the bottom edge for so long.

PS. You guiz ARE de CrazeeeeeEST on teh Drivin'!!!!!!!!
Besides Quebec and Ontarians that is

cool man! u mean like the one triangular light blue piece ? or the light blue (like seafoam color) pieces in general?

if u search online supposedly the rarest colors are red and orange and turquoise and lime. ive only found i think 1 or 2 pieces like that in all those pieces, so i believe its pretty fucking rare.

i was looking around on some sites like ebay and stuff and some people sell huge lots of glass for cheap as hell so clearly this isnt a good business venture but its fun and whatever art i make with it will be like far more personal than if i had bought it.

check out some sea glass websites if u want to see some amazing glass

/land locked

i got my rocks/minerals/crystals at least.

you and I don't see eye to eye on much, jWundah, but you've got a damned fine sea glass collection. keep it up mang.

Hey nice John.
When I'm walking down Lake Ontario I'm always finding glass pieces like that, all polished.
I'll send you one if I get a really interesting piece

Good stuff Brother. **golf claps**
