FH...if u could re=-do that same design...give it a feminine touch...smoother lines, with a long-haired woman coming out of the Earth....for in the hair is the memories along with a whole lot of remembering

I assume you have dreads? I met a beautiful girl in wyoming that had dreads. She shared a lot of wisdom with me. I remember her saying something similar to what you just said...

Feminine drawings are challenging for me, but Ill give it a go. Sounds fun...

Those highlights are killing me!

What kind of paper do you use?
I've been looking for paper that's bright like a slick comic book for pen and ink line drawings.


By the way, how do you make the single blade grass? knife? ink wash? I gotta know?

This is a digital drawing. It is nothing more than a study. I am not working with traditional medias yet. I will soon. I am still not satisfied with the anatomy of my figures, so I am doing tons of studies and drawings working out the kinks in the anatomy.

If I was working with oil paints, the highlights would be done in tis manner: Apply white paint, then gadually blend colors into white paint. Second and third coat I would glaze in more detail. The blades of grass would definetly be done with a flat brush... Maybe a palate knife.
