I understand this and is a great metaphor. I haven't seen this myself, in my experience, which I'll admit isn't not vast. However I have noticed the different labial shapes and sizes.

I wasn't sure if this spawned from 'usage' or what, which is why I asked.

anyway, back to the question, i'm not sure what enlarges labias--i would guess childbirth and aging before all else but it could very well be heredity too.

sex itself doesn't typically destroy or distort genitals unless we're talking STDs/STVs.
