It's been going pretty well as I've wanted it to... any time I've done it since doing this little test it's been because I've had that primal urge, which has generlly been every 2-3 days or so. I've noticed more of an overall increase in my sexual energy on a daily basis, which I guess makes sense because I'm not releasing it in excess any more.

In conjunction with the other changes I've been making to my daily habits, this really seems to be complimenting quite nicely!

I found it funny how it is talked about as a life force, and how much more force and urge in other places in my life. Usually I'm pretty laid back, but this was good timing as I needed that extra oompf for my new job gardening and landscaping.
