Natural remedies for sustained sickness?

(not sure that this is the right place for this one, help me out if it isnt)

So I got back from the coast guard academy (medical discharge, unexpected stress response.. not good) and I got a wicked nasty case of bronchitis. I did get rid of that completely after a serious bout of antibiotics and such, but ive been sick still since. (about a month now) Constant sinus congestion, violent sneezes, mild cough, and popping ears and oddly a drop in sex drive.

anyone have any herbal remedies or ideas that might help me out here?

-Thunder

Sounds like your full of phlegm. I eat spicey food when that happens.

But if it's been a while of continued sickness have you seen a doctor yet?

Good nutrition, always. Take a daily multivitamin supplement if you don't already. That and adequate sleep are the basics, and your health should eventually thank you.

garlic is a natural antibiotic and has none of the harmful effects of conventional antibiotics.

eat lots of it raw every day

Be careful with garlic though, stuff totally makes your body wreak no matter how clean you are. So if your gonna undergo some garlic therapy make sure you got nothing to do for a day haha. Also don't eat it raw without something in your stomache, it will burnnn.

Bulk Herb Store - Herbs, herbal books, remedies, and articles

Scroll down on the right to research aid Look up your condition. Covers most problems. It directs you to the specific herb used for that specific problem, it's history (both ancient and modern) ,dosage and you can buy the herb on that site or the hundreds of others on the net. Go with organic if you can.

true garlic makes you reak pretty hard, but you can take supplemental capsules if you really cant deal with the downsides (not as good as fresh raw garlic).

honestly though if you're an otherwise healthy person you probably won't reak as hard as that dude who ate a whole bag of doritos
