How many partners is too many for HER?

There was a time when I couldn't dream of dating any girl who was anything other than a virgin. Then I finally dated a girl who had been around, although I never asked for an exact number. But she was 18 and I knew three guys personally that she had slept with and I guesstimated there were likely three or more that i didn't know about. Maybe a lot more. Anyways, my standards went down after that.

Now I never ask girls about their sexual history. And besides, most dating experts say "trust us, you don't want to know".

So how do you handle it? I think my curiosity would get the best of me if I were in a long term relationship and I would be dying to know about what kind of sex she'd been having all her life. Then i know I would inevitably become jealous and the relationship would suffer badly.

What a mind fuck.

To me it doesnt matter just like it shouldnt matter to her as long as you are clean and healthy. Your past is your past and alot of people make decisions they regret.

For some it may be one more than himself. For others, it wouldn't bother them if she worked as a prostitute. And then once you're married, or commited, it may change again.

As for me and my wife, any man other than myself is not cool. This is for two reasons: first we have kids, and it could be destabilizing, and second, the threat of STDs. When the kids are older I'll be open to reassessing this.

My wife's bi. I knew this when we got married 15 years ago. I don't mind other women. She's had the same two girl friends for nine years, and I'm cool with that. . . as long as she takes lots of pictures.

That is fuckin the truth man who gives a fuck if both parties are faithful who cares. about quality not quantity--numbers are more or less irrelevant if the sexual energy is there and the person has been safe (just like i'd assume you have/had).

The only number that should matter is 18, as in minimum age of consent requirements. But hopefully I would not have to remind that OP of that.
