Try this during sex. When you thrust inwards imagine that a bolt of energy leaves your cock and flows up her spine (through the Chakras if you will) and bursts from her head in excitement. Imagine the energy as a white light that explodes into colours. Make it as real as you can in your mind.

Energy follows awareness.

Think of an area on your body and focus intently on it.. (like your big toe) look at it.. close or open your eyes.. either way.. try and get a solid vision in your head. See it move.. feel it with your imaginary fingers.. basically make it as vivid as possible in your mind.. try to cover all the senses. I don't think you will need to even go that far.. just thinking of and being aware of your big toe alone is enough to feel energy in it. I usually start off at the base and work up.. go through the toes.. then the feet.. and just basically swirl and flow your way up.. stopping once in a while to focus on areas which are hard to feel the energy in. After several minutes of this you are sure to feel a buzzing.. relaxing.. yet engaging energy all over.

Anyway.. back to fucking..

It is quite plausible that if this energy can be felt through simple awareness of a physical place then maybe it isn't limited to your own body. There surely must be a lot more that lies beneath the surface of a sexual connection.. Take pheromones for example. What if our energy through awareness works to make connections on the same level. Basically energy follows awareness.. and more energy is felt the more focused the awareness. Fuck.. maybe the energy is the awareness.

I definitely think there's merit in that theory.

I mean I do it all the time with my own body. If I'm feeling tense or aggravated, or if a part of my body is chilly, I have the ability to search through my body and locate the points of stress and voila - I realize tiny changes in posture or relaxing of muscles I wasn't even conscious of before, or it's like my blood vessels open up and begins warming up the cold area I've been focusing on.

Also, when people are looking at me, I have the uncanny ability to sense it. I try not to take advantage of it too often, but i get this slight feeling and I look up and sure enough, my eyes go right to the person that's been looking at me and they always look surprised and look away. I've had the reciprocal of this experience many times as well.

With sex too, being super conscious of their body, your body, and the entire experience, to be as aware and attentive and open to every feeling as possible and to harness that and channel it into a passionate desire for.. jeez I'm not even sure how to describe the sort of fulfillment we're aspiring to in sex.. it's definitely not just busting a nut.

Ill say this though.

Atoms are always trying to fill there valence shells of electrons by forming bonds. The formation of bonds release energy.

Therefor an atoms goal could be to be able to release energy back into the universe correct?

This is just something that hit me during class today, and i feel as though this concept can apply to life in so many ways. Not sure what those ways are yet, or even if this has anything to do with this thread at all.

I just think there are many things at play that have yet to have the instruments to backup a theory. I'm looking toward the placebo effect as a great example of this.. and a possible theory that with what our awareness is most intently and frequently focused on will have more chance of some sort of connection..
