It's Another Year... New Year Resolutions Anyone?

I don't believe in making new year resolutions. I'll make my resolutions when I choose to and not because society says I should. The new year should be celebrated for all that is good, all that is bad and all that there is.... nothing more, nothing less - although I can't help but compare my thoughts on the new year with my thoughts on Mondays. Here's to the future....
I'm learning to how to live the life I want to live. I'm learning new things everyday and when I have a burning question about something all I have to do is check the Internet. Knowledge is a gift more precious than any material item. Thinking back to my sheltered youth, I was living in blissful ignorance. I have no complaints though, I know that life can be much worse. I just wish someone would have said something to open my eyes earlier. All the signs were there but I wasn't going to step out of line. I listened and followed everything my parents said not knowing that they had all ready been conditioned by the system. But despite everything I kept asking questions and seeking answers. I almost fully understand the game board we play on. The puzzle pieces are finally coming together to form the big picture. With all this new information I have to adjust my approach to life and now I find myself working on developing or re-building my belief system. I'm recycling old values and creating a new but acceptable moral code. I'm trying to keep close with my family and keep good friends like they're family.
With or without Karma I work everyday to treat people with respect, the way I would want to be treated and good things come from living that way. But that way of life is not easy when the corporate world lives and breaths on competition. White collar to blue collar it doesn't matter. You may think things aren't bad right now and granted they aren't bad considering the conditions in India or China. But what happens if things don't get better and things get worse. At some point everyone needs to ask themselves how bad can things really get? Do some research and you will find out for yourself what is actually possible and whats unlikely to happen. For example, is it likely that the whole electrical grid will shut down? I think the consequences of not having electricity are big enough that I ought to have a plan. Have you considered that we have been at war with two different nations for over five years? What kind of attacks can happen on American soil? What will you do if or when that time comes? And lets not forget weapons of mass destruction or nuclear bombs. We can't forget that we are all in this together. With that in mind, I remind you that Pakistan is gearing up for war with India and Israel is at war with just about everyone in the region including the Hamas, Syria and Iran. Whats wrong with this picture? They all have nuclear warheads and itchy trigger fingers.
Are you prepared to survive the potential downfall of modern society? What if the water system becomes contaminated? Or the government can't pay its workers? What can cause civil unrest and what do you do if or when that happens? What if theres another gas shortage? What if there is a food shortage? Or if inflation blows up and the cost of living becomes un-affordable? What if the value of the dollar collapses down to the value of a Mexican Peso? What if America runs out of money? So many more questions to ask but such little time. Well, one thing we learned from hurricane Katrina is that you cannot count on the government to help you.
I've listed a few things that could happen but thats just the tip of the iceberg - no pun intended. We are a nation funded by the Federal Reserve which is funded by the same old big banks from over seas. Families like Rockefeller and Rothschild create and control the whole financial system that we use today. They make money by funding wars. They create slaves to their system and own you from birth. The American Constitution is a barrier to their vision of a one world currency and one world government. Our Constitution is under attack, its not going to survive and it will be replaced by the new North American Union. Heed my words and consider the possibilities with an open mind. When things get tough, you get tougher. And when all hell breaks loose you'll know where to run. And when things are at their absolute worst just remember one thing, DON'T PANIC!!
Thanks for taking the time to read my most random rant... I hope it made you think....
"...Listen, these are not just words tattooed on paper. No prison cell, no border fence, no torture well will stop our plee. No stone, no stain will mar the river of our dignity. My child for you, today our voice befriends the winds. Listen..."
