what r the long term side effects if any at all and where does it go in your body

Well it goes in your nose, then up your sinuses where it is absorbed to some extent. Then a portion of it goes into your lungs, and the other portion goes into your stomach as a nasal drip. Don't snort the percs with acetamethan ( I can't spell for shit
), and I shouldn't have to explain why you shouldn't do that. Be safe and only snort what you think you can handle. Posting this in the opiates section of the other drugs forum might have prompted a faster response from people, but for some reason I happened to be looking at blogs..
