So, yeah its basically my favorite brownies with a marijuana kick.

Butterscotch Coffee Medicated Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup cannabutter*, melted
2 cups packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 cups, sifted confectioners sugar
2 teaspoon instant* coffee
2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 derees F
Melt 1 cup butter in saucepan, add 2 cups light brown sugar. Beat well to mix. Cool mixture slightly, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
Sift together all purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir into wet ingredients, then add nuts. Mix well.
Spread batter into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or untill a light gold. Cool in pan for ten minutes, then turn out of pan and let brownies finish cooling on a rack.
To make frosting, dissolve coffee in water. Cream 1/3 cup softened butter with confectioners sugar. Beat it untill light. Beat coffee into the butter-sugar mixture, then spread onto brownies. Let frosting set, then cut into squares and have fun

*To make cannabutter, either use trim from your last harvest or go out and buy some weed. The potency of the plant material affects the potency of the butter. For every pound of butter you want to make, use either one ounce of buds, or 2-4 ounces of trim, depending on potency. DO NOT use fan leaves or stems, as they contain next to no THC. Put your butter in a crock pot, set on the lowest heat setting. When the butter is completely melted, add your plant material, making sure it is completely submerged. Keep the crock pot on low, and cover the pot. Leave it there overnight, or for 12 hours. Strain out the plant material and refridgerate the cannabutter untill it hardens. It should be a uniform green color, but other than that it will be like butter with a strong weed taste and smell. Enjoy!

Tell ya what, as soon as I get enough marijuana to make butter with, I will post some pics, k? The last batch, it didn't last long enough to get the camera out lol. I'm also working onna good hash caramel recipe, should be fun!
