Talking <3 Special Jam drops <3

This recepie uses mullbutter...

Ingredients:
2oz mull butter, 2oz of normal butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 egg, 1 dessertspoon of honey, 1 cup of self raising flour, 1/2 cup of plain flour, 1/4 cup of arrowroot (or cornflour), a pinch of salt and some jam (usually raspberry but you can use any).

Firstly make yourself some mullbutter...i suggest the recepie for cannabutter in these threads...however i only simmered my mullbutter for 8hrs not 24hrs (too impatient)

Take your butters and your sugar and cream them together using an electric handheld mixer. Then add in your egg and honey.
Make sure you mix the butter really well...you dont want to bite into a chunk later on!

Then sieve in all your dry ingredients ensuring its all well mixed and has a thick consistency.
Then you want to take teaspoon sized amounts and roll them into balls placing onto a grease oven tray
Heat your fan forced oven to 160 degrees celcius.

Once youve filled your tray/s with balls of the biscuit mixture you need to poke little wells into the middle of them so you can then place a 1/4 of a teaspoon of jam into the middle of each.

Once this is done chuck your first batch in (i recommend doing a small batch first so that you can adjust the temperature or size or cooking time if needed) remember this recepie has a high butter content so you want to watch these babies so they dont burn!

Cook for 10-15 mins or until golden brown.
Then make up the rest of your mixture and put them into cook.

Thats it! take them out, allow to cool on a wire tray and enjoy!

^ all i could come up with for mull butter is this...sounds like they mulled it all togeather~

8: turn off the heat and leave overnight. in the morning your rich green butter will have separated itself to the top, and you will be able to get about 90% of your butter straight of the top. if you want the last 10% just grab a big strainer, and push your pot down, so thgat the remaining butter is pushed out thru the bottom
8: just use the butter as you would to cook with - cakes, biscuites, pastries

after further investigation i figured it out....it's how to make the 'Green Butter'!
