Acetone and ISO are both good, but like you said; they take longer to dry.
Also they pull out a bit more impurities than butane, but from what I understand the high is unchanged.

I used these instructions, but since I didn't use the ISO extraction towards the end the oil was extremely hard to handle. We eventually got the major portion into our handheld vaporizer. That's delicious and it just turns to liquid when we heat it. It's amazin'!

Edit: Oh yea! That's the problem with acetone or iso-hash. For those solvents to work you have to leave the plant matter to soak for days or weeks on end. Butane extracts the golden goodness within minutes. It truly is an amazing process...
