faint line on a home test kit

Hello,

I bought some home test kits for THC.

I followed instructions and waited for 5 minutes after dipping, the thing is that I get a faint line, very weak.... i know it is a negative.. but what does this mean? why it isn't as bold or strong as the first line?

thanks in advance

It didn't reach a threshhold is my guess.

Visit testclear.com: Pass a Drug Test - Urine Drug Test - Hair Drug Test - Saliva Drug Test with our Proven Drug Testing Solutions

Ask one of their people via live chat and they should be able to answer your question.

Lastly, you could also search the drug testing forum here for previous threads about the same topic.

Good luck!

All of the testing equipment instructs testers that if there is even a trace of a line the test is to be read negative. Its a chemistry thing.

test strips like that use chromatography. The line further up the strip is the control. It lights up when urine has reached it regardless of its content. If urine made it that far up the strip and it changes color (even just a little), then the urine absolutely positively made it past the actual test line zone.
