Drug Q-failed
Does anyone know what happens if someone fails a test for incorrect temperature? How is this recorded on your record? because even if you fail due to incorrect temperature, the company cant say that you tested positive for any specific drug.

1) They might not say anything if you passed.
2) They might make you retake it. 3) They might fire you/not give you the job.

usually they would tell you you failed on the spot and possibly have you retake it the same day or the next day.

Companies only initiate pre-employment tests because of the state/federal laws, and I believe it's illegal to tamper with pre-employment screenings and state-provided screenings from probation offices, parole, etc. such as falsifying a negative or manipulating the test in anyway.

i think a lot of employers don't really care if you smoke, its just a CYA thing. and i have heard of people getting arrested for using a whizzinator on a probation test.
