drug test question

ok so i have a ua test in ten days. i am 5'6'' 160lbs and only have taken a couple of hits on the weekends for the lasts few weeks. b4 that i was clean a month. my ? is does drinking the shit out of water and cran juice this far in advance help or am i just drinking all this for nothing and just need to wait a couple days b4. any help is appreciated... thnx!
