Drug test tomorrow....help needed

First off I would like to say I made a mistake. I've been clean 2 months 3 weeks until tonight. I'm in a rehab program and am on a homepass tonight when I stumbled on a joint roach. Unfortunatly, I smoked it and have a drug test tomorrow when I get back to the facility. I am about 5'9 and 143 lbs. What do you think I can do to pass the piss test. Oh and the roach was pretty stale as well and rather small.

i'd say you'd pass with some water and antioxident rich food/dr(a)nk's... or you could use synthetic piss for the rehab program like me

..... it's probably line of sight though of it's inpaitent?
