Smile Please Help!!!! Drug Test

Hey Everyone!!!

I am on probation and have to go in to see my PO in 15 days not including today...... I am not sure if he will give me a U.A but I have a pretty good feeling he will.....is there any way that I will pass the U.A?????

I have heard that you can take niacin (not flush free) and drink a lot of cranberry juice and water.....

I also have heard that you can drink a lot of water and go sit in the sauna for a long time and you sweat it out......

Any advice will help I welcome all suggestions....

How much and how often were you smoking?

I smoked on thursday (3 days ago) and smoked three bowls with three other people....i have only smoked a total of 5-6 times.....

Drink plenty of fluids from now until the test.

You should be pretty safe considering you've only smoked a handful of times, with almost 3 full weeks from last smoke.

You might want to do a light dilution (search this forum for tips) the day of the meeting with your PO, but I don't think it's necessary to worry too much.

Also make sure it's not your first piss of the day, and collect the urine mid-stream.

If you have 15 days from now and you have a moderate to lean build. You should pass the test if you don't smoke until your meeting. Just keep the fluids up, excersize a little bit. And if your still paranoid only let the middle duration of your pee go into the cup.

How much should I drink a day??? Should I take niacin??

Niacin is alright, but it just turns fat cells into energy. So too much niacin is a scary site (red face, sweaty,etc). Take it moderatley it's a vitamin! Increase your fiber intake(helps push things out).You can increase your fiber significantly if you can find wheat grass juice, accai berry juice, and things like oatmeal. Drink normally except for day before test drink a gallon of water or so, and day of repeat(over hydration can be fatal)! Make sure however on the day of the test you deffinetly pee before you go to the docs' cuz the first pee of the day is the most ''dirty''.

Cranberry juice is a good detox, so is real green tea. Most of all have confidence. If your a bit more on the heavy side(nothin' wrong with that!), then I would recommend excersizing a little bit more then average(just walk the dog do some gaurdening w/e is your pleasure). Honestly though 2 weeks should be fine especially for a three bowls smoker(between a couple people). My buddy smokes quarters(7.0 g 14 or so bowls) every day and quit for ten days and passed a P.O. test.

So you SHOULD be fine. Then again I cannot gaurentee anything. But honestly you should be fine doll!

Yeah I am just really nervous because this test can determine lots of things in my future....I will follow all of your advice and hope for the best....hopefully he won't even give me one but he said he might next time I come in...

I totally understand. My friends just got off his third year of probation doing similiar things as you. Nervousness is okay! PO, and the law is scarry! Just don't go above you head, keep your heart level and allow your body to do what you will it too!

it only takes about 5 days to get the THC out your system.

just drink lots of water. ok.

Hey thanks to everyone who has been giving advice!!!

Is there certain food that I should eat???
What about ones to avoid????


Would sitting in a sauna after drinking a lot of water help as well???

A tea spoon of cider vinegar, lots of water and chug the cranberry juice, also look in the health food depts in your local groceries for black cherry juice. Good luck.
