Will eating before a drug test do anything?

Well I'm probably gonna get drug tested in about 3-4 hours and I was wondering if eating like 1-2 hours before the test would do anything.

It's usually not advised. It makes your body want to 'dump' what's already in the system. A light meal the day before is usually advised. Maybe even a light breakfast.
